For our environment please avoid returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The item has to be in its original condition and packaging.
We cannot assume liability for return shipping.
Once we've received your return item(s), we will process it within 14 business days.
Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can checkwhere the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We will not reply to emails about refunds before the 14 business days mark.
If you have received a damaged item please email us at email@example.com with images of the imperfections so we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been used.
Customs, duties and taxes
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our price or shipping costs. When placing an international order, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes. This also applies for returns from outside the EU. Please make sure you add 'return parcel' on the package so there are no extra costs when it gets delivered to us. We will not pay/be responsible for those packages.
